The days of settling for the first available caregiver are over. Our intelligent matching platform evaluates care needs, personality, experience, availability, and location — so every family can choose with confidence.
A few thoughtful questions will help us match your loved one with caregivers based on their care needs, personality, schedule, language, experience, and preferences.
Seven steps to more personalized matches. Daily living and language are covered inside Care Needs and Personality & Preferences.

Thank you — all six steps are finished for your loved one.
We haven’t matched any caregivers yet. Your answers are saved, and we’ll use them to look for caregivers whose experience, availability and personality fit what you described. Your matches will appear here as soon as caregiver placement opens in your area, and we’ll be in touch as soon as there is someone to introduce.
Tell us what you are great at, what you are comfortable with, and the kind of work you actually enjoy. We introduce you to the families who are looking for exactly that — so the work fits you, not just your calendar.

Section 1
Review
Take a moment to make sure this sounds like you. Anything here can be changed — now or later.
What families see: your first name, photo, experience, skills, availability and the way you describe your approach to care. Your address, phone number, date of birth and documents are never shown — they are only used to verify you and to measure travel distance.
Almost done
This is how your profile will look to families once matching opens. Take a look, and if anything isn’t quite right you can go back and change it.
Thank you for taking the time to tell us who you are. Everything you shared is stored on your CareMatch account and you can come back and change any of it.
What happens next. We haven’t started matching you yet, and no family can see your profile. When caregiver matching opens in your area we’ll compare what you are capable of and comfortable with against what each family described in their own assessment — the hands-on care they need, the schedule they keep, the home you would be walking into, and the kind of person they hope to meet. We’ll be in touch as soon as there is someone to introduce you to.
Keep your availability current so CareMatch can show you assignments that fit your schedule. Your hours, your commitments and the kind of week you want are not locked away now that you are finished — open Availability & Schedule whenever anything changes. We will check in with you about it every week or so, and any assignment you take, finish or turn down brings us back to ask again.

Agency Solutions
Build a client profile once. After that a staffing request is two short screens — pick the client, say when care is needed. We work out the rest.
Seven steps. Setup is the first three and takes two or three minutes; from step four on, this is the work you do every week.

Review
Check that this matches how your agency actually operates. Anything here can be changed — now or later.
Your agency details and client profiles are saved. From here, filling a shift is two short screens — everything else, we already know.
What happens next. A staffing request is two short screens. First you pick the client. Then you say when the assignment runs, which days and times care is needed, and what it pays — and that is the whole thing. Skills, credentials, languages, transfers and memory care all come off the client profile, so you are never asked for them twice. How urgent it is comes off the start date. How many caregivers it takes comes off the length of the day: we build every plan that is allowed and rank them. If a plan needs more than one caregiver, the family approves that structure before anyone is contacted, and each caregiver accepts their own block of the week.
